Crepe Suzette is atypical French dessert. We warm white crepe in “butter, orange juice, orange slices” and serve with orange liquor flambe.

Crepe filled with Ottoman aphrodisiac sauce (40 herbs mix) and carob caramel (no sugar) topped with blue cheese and sun dried figs. Garnished with pistachio and, Irish Cream. Figs marinated in whiskey and carob caramel.

Crepe filled with banana, honey, walnut and topped with vanilla ice cream. Garnished with organic chocolate and roasted pistachio.
